Greenridge Ranch at Stagecoach is one of those out-of-the-way subdivisions you’ll visit and wonder how such a private, beautiful place exists.
It’s tucked out of the way behind Morningside and has eight 35 acre parcels full of meadows, trees, and running water. taxes about $15 per year. A few of the parcels in Greenridge Ranch have water rights which are perfect for creating ponds and water features.
Greenridge Ranch has ag status, so taxes are about $15 per year.
It also borders the Routt National Forest.
To get to Greenridge Ranch, you need to go through Morningside until you reach the “gate”. (It’s really a cattle-type gate, not the “gated community” electronic type you’ll find in Morrison Divide.) Beyond the gate, there is a world of solitude where you’ll hear the songs of birds and see tracks of wildlife.
Two properties are currently listed in Greenridge Ranch for under $500,000. Call (970) 819-6372 for more details.
Here are photos for Lot 8, which includes water rights.
