  how long before you think people will build houses there

  There are houses in Overland on King Bolt Trail and Maverick, including a 5000+ square foot luxury home. The road has to be up to grade to build, so the back of Overland–and most of Overland– is still undeveloped.

  how long does it take to get to steamboat from overland at stagecoach

  It takes about 30-40 minutes to get to Steamboat from Overland.

  The family has a lot in overland and from what I can read on different sites is that it will be a long time before anything will be developed because of the road situation and water and sewer problems Is this true? We are looking into retirement and this was a thought to move to Co. but with this news it doesn’t sound good

  You received a letter from my brother Merritt Cook on 1/8/2009 in regard to building a home in Overland. Please update me on the information you forwarded to him in regard to the water, electric etc.as well as the size of the property to erect a structure, and when the area will be buildable.
