Stagecoach Bank-Owned Home update

I wrote a post about a bank-owned property in Stagecoach that I considered a really good deal. Others must have agreed, because it went under contract almost immediately with multiple offers.

Three bank-owned properties went under contract in Stagecoach in August.  (Two were on Willow Island and one was on Eddy Ct.) There are still some good buys in Stagecoach for both bank-owned and free-market homes.

Bank-Owned Stagecoach Home Only $286,900

This Bank-owned home in Stagecoach is an unbelievable value at $286,900.  It’s a mirror image of the home next door that sold for $330,000. In fact, this home sold at the market peak for over $695,000.
I know the bank turned down a short-sale offer of $300,000+ on this home, so it was surprising to see this one come on the market at such a low price.  Go figure–I don’t know who in the banking world makes these decisions, but it’s good for Stagecoach real estate buyers.
