South Shore at Stagecoach is a beautiful neighborhood with spectacular lake views. Most home sites are situated high on the hill with sweeping panoramas of the lake.
South Shore is the only Stagecoach neighborhood that’s “off the grid”, which means there is no electricity, no public water, and no sewer. Once you have the solar panels up or the wind power installed, there is also no electric bill. Most homes also use back up generator power.
South Shore at Stagecoach includes Uncompahgre Road, Shoshone Way, Arapahoe Road, Navahoe Trail and Elk Run Trail.
The views from South Shore are some of the best in Stagecoach and there is a convenient area close by to launch your boat, paddleboard, or kayak.
