South Shore at Stagecoach

South Shore is off the grid, which means there is no electricity, no public water, and no sewer. Once you have the solar panels up or the wind power installed, there is also no electric bill.

The views from South Shore are some of the best in Stagecoach. Most home sites are situated high on the hill with sweeping panoramas of the lake.

There is a marina at South Shore to put your boat in the water. These lots, when they do come up for sale, rarely last long. Building sites are about $100,000.

**As of September, 2008, there are 24 lots for sale ranging in price from $79,000-$130,000.  Four single family homes are also available between $475,000-$589,000.

There have been no sales or no pending contracts since May, 2007.
