Morrison Divide has agricultural status, which means low taxes (like, $30 a year or less). The Ag Status is based on a lease for haying.

Morrison Divide residents have access to the Routt National Forest through the gate at Greenridge Ranch, but you’ll have to leave the snowmobiles and ATV’s behind-it’s non-motorized access.
